Is Ustaad registered in U.A.E?

Yes. We are registered as Ustaad LLC at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, U.A.E.

Do Ustaad has any refund Policy?

Yes 100%!
You can ask for refund anytime for remaining classes. Your Money is your Money.

How many classes per month?

We recommend 2 classes every week per subject & then revision class before each exam, which is arranged after discussion with student/Parents.

Policy, If student missed class?

If student missed class without notice, class will not be re arranged, If student informed us before class, Class will be re arranged other day.

Medium of Classes at Ustaad?

Face to Face & Online, As Students & Parents Prefer Online so we made quality arrangement for Online supervised by Quality assurance team.

How many students will be there per class ?

At Ustaad, Classes are One To One. We believe in quality & Student understanding.

Policy, How Fee is calculated?

Fee is calculated on monthly basis and should be submitted on 1st of every month for upcoming month.

Can we choose classes Timing?

Yes, Classes schedule has been finalized by mutual agreement of students and admin depend on both side availability.
